Fauzia Dawood is a justice-driven fundraiser, strategist, and leader with over 15 years of experience advancing gender and racial equity. As the Head of Philanthropy & Strategic Partnerships at E Pluribus Unum, Fauzia works to build transformative partnerships that challenge inequities and drive bold solutions to create a more just and inclusive society.

A coalition builder and advocate for equity, Fauzia is committed to deconstructing colonial systems within philanthropy and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders. Her career reflects a relentless pursuit of connecting philanthropic passions with initiatives that advance justice, equity, and liberation for all. She has held leadership roles at Women Deliver, Partners In Health, and Global Health Corps, where she developed ambitious fundraising strategies, cultivated impactful donor relationships, and led efforts to secure critical support for transformative change.

Fauzia holds an MBA from Yale University and a BA from New York University. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia, where she grew up, with her “Breakfast Club” – her three dogs, Waffles, Biscuits, and Maples.
