Jessica Guinn Johnson (She/Her)

Director of Policy

Jessica Guinn is the Director of Policy for E Pluribus Unum and works to develop the overall policy initiatives for the organization by providing analysis, building strategies across priority issue areas, and engaging key stakeholders across the South. An attorney with over 15 years of experience in both the private and public sector, Jessica most recently worked as the Executive Counsel for Louisiana’s affordable housing finance agency. She has also served as the Section Chief of Fair Housing Enforcement at the Louisiana Office of the Attorney General. Jessica received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans and earned a Bachelors’ degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she currently resides.
