Kristal Swim is Director of Government Relations for E Pluribus Unum. As senior strategist, she leads efforts to advance the organization’s mission and goals across all levels of government. With deep public affairs experience, Kristal was previously Executive Vice President at global agency Allison+Partners overseeing government relations and social justice for corporations, trade associations, and nonprofits. She also managed multiple issue campaigns and ballot initiatives across the country, specializing in issue education, coalition building, thought leadership, alliance development, and advocacy. Kristal is a proud native of eastern Kentucky.
