Lauren Richard is Chief of Staff for E Pluribus Unum where she supports the Executive Director in day-to-day operations and leads strategic planning processes across the organization. She previously served as Chief of Staff for Essence Communications Inc. and in various communications roles in local government prior to that. Lauren recently returned to her hometown of New Orleans, where she currently resides.
